Description / Abstract

This document contains an introduction including the web address for the MVNU Institutional Resources (IR) and the benefits of creating the repository; a summary of the submitting communities and resulting collections; a list of qualifications for administering the IR; a summary of possible contributors; a list of possible formats to be uploaded to the IR; how the content will and will not be used; an abbreviated version of the submission agreement; and how the content can be submitted, withdrawn, and preserved. The document also contains detailed procedures for uploading content to the IR.
