J. Harlan Milby

James Harlan Milby was a businessman and layperson in the Church of the Nazarene. He served as trustee and assistant to the president for development and campus expansion at Olivet Nazarene University in the mid-twentieth century. He wrote under J. Harlan Milby and James H. Milby at various points in his life. He was married to Faye and father to Tom and Sally.
