The model, “The Leader as Catalyst for Congregation Transformation” was developed, shaped and revised over the years while teaching various leadership courses at European Nazarene College, Bethany Nazarene College (now Southern Nazarene University), Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary, and Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
An extended discussion of the model is included in Chapter Three of the book “Leading Decisively! Leading Faithfully! Reflections and Markers.” The book is translated into seven languages -Spanish, Korean, Burmese, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, and Tagalog.
