Description / Abstract
The week-long teaching module, “Building Better Boards” was taught on the campus of Nazarene Theological College, Brisbane, Australia and streamed live to local churches throughout the country.
The teaching module focused on local church boards. These boards have strategic missional and governance responsibilities for the local church, especially in times of rapid change and accelerated transition.
Boards can also identify and embrace key best practices of board governance needed to move them to a new level by which to “govern diligently” (Romans 12:8c).
