Description / Abstract
The presentation was the closing address for the 2nd Pan Asia Christian Education Seminar in 1988 in Singapore. It asks the question, “What constitutes success in your leadership ministry?”
Effective leadership for ministry expression is grounded in biblical and theological perspective and not in organizational skills. Sharp without Christian motives easily leads to manipulation.
The monograph explores the biblical understanding of ministry, and both a “Ministry Model” and a “Communication Model are presented.
The presentation concludes with a vision of ministry formation, characterized by a servant leadership lifestyle, and with a challenge to equip servant leaders.
