Descripción / Resumen
The presentation, “Global System of Nazarene Education,” was the concluding address in June 2009 of the International Higher Education (IHEC) conference. The material was later printed in booklet form for Nazarene educators.
The global system of Nazarene Education is explored as well as the International Board of Education for the Church of the Nazarene, including its mission. The role and relationship of the Regional Education Coordinators (RECs), Regional Educational Councils and the Consortia of Nazarene institutions are discussed.
Strategic Initiatives and a proposed IBOE Vision statement are presented.
A PowerPoint presentation to accompany this address is also available.
