Description / Abstract
This study examines the relationship between instructor care and learner empowerment, defined as a learner’s motivation to perform tasks because they find the tasks meaningful, feel competent to perform them, and feel their efforts are impactful. The results of this study found that there was a significant relationship between these two variables meaning that as instructor care increases, learner empowerment increase or as learner empowerment increases, individuals become more perceptive of instructor care.
