This document contains an introduction including the web address for the MVNU Institutional Resources (IR) and the benefits of creating the repository; a summary of the submitting communities and resulting collections; a list of qualifications for administering the IR; a summary of possible contributors; a list of possible formats to be uploaded to the IR; how the content will and will not be used; an abbreviated version of the submission agreement; and how the content can be submitted, withdrawn, and preserved. The document also contains detailed procedures for uploading content to the IR
This form needs to be filled out for every item submitted to the MVNU Institutional Resources (IR). This form includes infromation about the item being submitted, an explanation of the author's and the IR's rights, and a series of statements that the submitter must agree to.
